”We loved everything about our stay! The house was tastefully decorated, with everything that was needed; I appreciated all of the modern touches. The property management was very nice and accommodating; they also provided information about the local area which we found helpful. The house was spotless. The outdoor area looked fun, although the weather didn't permit for us to enjoy it. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. We will rebook if we return to the area.”

”It was very homey, a beautiful spot to view the landscapes. It was pet friendly for our dachshund Moose. The tiny home was clean and such a cute cozy space. Everyone enjoyed the stay and had a great time. ”

”The trail to the Colorado River was really good and the outdoor seating area was okay. The outside space was nice and secure, and my pet had room to play, which we really liked. However, the shower water was super slow, and the commode was broken. The jacuzzi was also not clean. Before booking, I asked if it was working, and they confirmed yes, but when we arrived, it was not clean and not in good condition, so it did not feel worth it.The normal check-in time was 4 PM, but usually it should be...

We had an amazing stay at this hidden butterfly 3. We came to celebrate my birthday and had a great time. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

”The property was emaculate! Quiet, gated neighborhood….just us and the deer! The home was cozy, kitchen really well stocked, linens and towels were so clean and fresh and very accommodating with our dogs. We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been more pleased! ”
