”I booked the room for our family by Hotels.com and paid in advance. When checkning out the hotel double charged us for the room. Sent them 3 emails and several phone calls for a refund with no reply.
Terrible customer service considering the hotel is in the Tourism business.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romantik Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal and there were also other places very close by. From the hotel, we were able to hike around the area, including a trek up to the Andechs brewery, through a beautiful, wooden area and over to the lake. We loved the hotel and the town. ”
