”I made this reservation 9 months in advance for the World Cup. It was confirmed. We drove two days to get there and they lost the reservation. They claimed Expedia never sent them the reservation even though Expedia clearly had the reservation numbers and told them over the phone with us on the phone with them. They did not check properly and we were left out in the cold. Expedia made it right by getting us a room in a hotel in Kirkland.”

”We had 3 adults so one of us was sleeping on sofa. Sofa was not suitable for good sleep! In other hotels nowadays the sofas are almost as good as beds, but here the wires felt very hard. If we had travelled as couple, the room was good, but the smell ... it was bad. Maybe it was because some pet ? a dog? lucky that I am not allergic ... the breakfast was one apple, one muffin and coffee...and I was happy with that. the price/quality ok”
