”My room was super clean. For an older motel it was painted and fresh and new looking and I live parking right in front of my door. The property had baskets of flowers at each door which were stunning. A wonderful touch and the pricing was extremely good considering being the the lakes area of NW Iowa. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again when I'm in the area.”

”I LIKED HOW QUIET THE MOTEL WAS AT NIGHT. I DID NOT HERE ANY SOUNDS FROM THE OTHER ROOMS NEARBY.THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. SORRY I DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BREAKFAST. THE SHOPS AROUND THE MOTEL WERE VERY PLENTIFUL, IT WAS HARD TO DECIDE WHICH RESTAURANT TO GO TO.”

”The place was spotless! It felt like it was brand new. There was a bit of a disconnect between VRBO and the host regarding the check-in process. VRBO thought the host would let me know how to access the property but the host thought VRBO would communicate that information to me. Ultimately the host supplied me with what I needed to know. The place was very roomy and had everything you would need. This would be perfect for a family with a couple of kids. The only nit I would pick was regarding...

”Property was very spacious and clean. Owners communicated very effectively. Enjoyed the tickets to Bridge’s Bay Waterpark even though the outdoor pool was closed down due to a leak. Centrally located to many activities in Okoboji and Spirit Lake. Definitely will stay again!!”
