Service in reception was excellent helpful. Breakfast was very good but serving was too slow time to time. Hotel was beautiful and room with balcony to the sea was nice. We liked the peaceful environment near the sea and park Marjan. Walking from town to upper hotel was good excersice 😊.

Syrjäinen sijainti, mutta hienot maisemat
Hotelli oli siisti, huone (ainakin Deluxe) iso; hyvä moderni kylpyhuone, muuten vanhahtava sisustus. Plussaa isosta parvekkeesta (niiden koko kyllä vaihteli eri huoneissa) ja loistavasta merinäköalasta, kun huone oli 4. kerroksessa. Alemmissa kerroksissa näköalaa ei olisi juuri ollut. Aamiainen hyvä ja monipuolinen. Keskustaan on vajaan parin kilometrin matka, mutta hotelli on vuoren rinteessä eli takaisinpäin koko matka on paikka paikoin hyvin jyrkkääkin ylämäkeä. Hotellin lähellä ei juuri ravintoloita ja kauppoja ollut - lähimmät rannalla n. puolen km päässä (matkalla sinne muutama sata rappusta)

Upea näköala!
Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla noin 1,5 km päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Hotelli sijaitsee ylhäällä mäellä, minne melko jyrkkä nousu mutta mistä upea näköala merelle. Lähimmälle uimarannalle noin 1 km. Deluxe-huone oli tilava ja viihtyisä, hyvä aamiainen ja siisti pieni uima-allasalue. Hotelli on tähtensä ansainnut!

Friendly hotel
First night we had a room with roof window and no scenery. But the second night we had a very good room with seaview and balcony. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breafast was excellent.

Lovely small hotel with excellent service
Cvita is the cutest little hotel 1.5 km from Split center. It is a true gem, very well equipped hotel with indoor and outdoor pool as well as an authentic Finnish sauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend and visit again

The most important thing to me the place was clean and the staff were very friendly. But the shower I’m a bit disappointed because every time we took a shower I have to cleaned up.water was leaking on the edge of the bath tub. Overall it’s awesome place.

The property is clean , personal is kind and professional. I was in the room on the fifth floor and elevator goes to the fourth level. The personal offered to carry luggage but it is still not convenient to be on the fifth floor if you have one large suitcase

The view from our balcony was amazing, but hotel is very quiet, no guests using the bar. The staff never say hello or acknowledged us when we went into breakfast or just going in and out of hotel. We asked for a glass of wine in the bar and felt as if we were putting the to a great effort. We won't be returning

Staff is very helpful. Old town is close and so are a couple of beaches. They are both walkable if you like a challenge for walking. I recommend driving or taking Uber. Lots of parking in both areas.

Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel. Clean, well run, wonderful staff, good bar, nice swimming pool (and I'm not much for swimming). The breakfast buffet is good and you can tell they take pride in their work. The layout of the hotel is a bit quirky in a fun kind of way and you might wonder how you can get so lost in such a small place (but that was part of the fun.) For independent travelers, this is a real find and, the next time I head to Split, I would definitely check their availability.

When you first pull up to the property, it’s next to a building that is being renovated so it looks a little not so nice. However, the second you walk in that all changes, the staff is second to none. The room was beautiful spacious and wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic the gym facilities, and fantastic all in all I would stay here again fantastic hotel, fantastic people working there super helpful. That was the best part. Visited in October and we were extremely lucky with the weather for our whole visit to split. The hotel more than met our requirements and expectations. The hotel was very clean, room very comfortable & bathroom modern & fresh. Breakfast every morning was good & staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very quiet & relaxing however doesn’t get the sun all day due to its location in between the buildings. If we had one minor issue, it was that the pool was extremely cold however you just had to take the plunge and embrace it at the time. Hotel has a nice walk into split old town. It is a steep hill & takes about 20 mins. It is enjoyable on the walk into town however we opted to get an Uber on a few occasions back to the hotel to avoid walking up the steep hill. Ubers were very reasonable & we were advised to avoid flagging down taxis as there are drivers who may try to rip off tourists. Overall a great experience and would consider staying here again if the price was still competitive with other high rated hotels in split.

A Hidden Gem
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant way to end our month-long adventure in Croatia. Located in a residential area and decorated in a retro style, we appreciated the cozy, boutique feel. Situated on a hillside, our room had a balcony that overlooked the Adriatic and offered a great view. A short walk down hill took us to the promenade to walk to a large city park or along the harbor to the old town area. Accessible to all the “action” by foot or Uber….And the shower was terrific! Great service, too.

Pros - The view from the room ( sea view balcony ), really comfy bed, pool & decent breakfast. Cons - No atmosphere at all, location ( which we knew was 20 min walk from centre) and mini bar prices were a joke. No shops nearby. Spa area was average at best and quite old fashioned.

Great hotel in Split, close to downtown
Simon and his team at the front desk are first class! My wife and i were very impressed. Their friendliness and customer focused care were very much appreciated. This hotel is also walking distance (1.7 km or just over a mile) to the Riva as well as a gorgeous beach where the waters are crystal clear and cool for a good swil after a walk. Thank you and we highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel.
Great hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. One negative was the choices of cut fruit for breakfast which could have been improved. The melon was often hard . Our 4th floor room was very spacious with a large balcony. It did have a sun shade stand but when I asked for a shade was told they didn't have any ! The hotel is a good 25 /30 min walk up hill from the centre, so be aware of that , if mobility is an issue. Taxis not cheap for the short distance from the centre. Hotel restaurant isn't open for evening meals so have to venture down the hill for dinner.
