You'll enjoy your stay in this new modern and luxury air-conditioned and comfortable penthouse on the 5th floor of a newly built residential building.

It has a large comfortable 70 m2 terrace with jacuzzi, multiple table and chairs, so you can fully enjoy your stay here with outdoor dining, drinking and hanging out.

The nearest beach is popular beach Znjan, just 5 min drive from the penthouse.

Split center is just 10 min driving from it or have free busses from the shopping mall 3 min walk from the penthouse.

We also provide a free parking spot in the garage of the building.

Within 2 min walk is supermarket, bakery and caffee bar.

Penthouse itself consists of three spacious bedrooms, living room, terrace, kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

Living room has a cozy sofa bed sleeping two people and large 47" smart LED TV with cable channels.

Master bedroom has has one comfortable double bed.

Second bedroom has two single beds and third bedroom has one cozy bunk bed for two people.

Each bedroom has its own air condition unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has shower and hair dryer.

Washing machine has its own room.

High-speed Wi-Fi unlimited internet, air-conditioning, linen, towels, iron and ironing board, cable TV & more are included in price.

***** House rules:

During the winter period, the jacuzzi is closed from November 1st to April 1st

Smoking is not allowed in the penthouse, but is allowed on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave penthouse tidy and don't make noise to other people in the building.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible.

***** Guest access:

Bus station is within few minutes walking.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are 10 min driving minutes walking.


***** The Neighbourhood:

Penthouse is located at entrance of Split in a neighborhood called Mejasi.

It's just 3 min walking from the biggest and most modern shopping mall Mall of Split.

Popular beach Znjan is just 5 min drive away, and center of Split is just 10 min driving.


***** Getting around:

City bus station is just 50m from the penthouse, same as nearest supermarket.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.
