Hyvällä paikalla
Lyhyen matkan päässä satamasta ja linja-autoasemasta. Ystävällinen omistaja kertoi kaupungin käyntikohteista, siisti huone, yhteinen keittiö muiden asukkaiden kanssa. Olimme yhden yön huoneistossa ja olimme tyytyväisiä.

Sijainti hyvä, siitä plussaa. Omistaja-herra todella mukava, rouvan kanssa kielimuuri. Huone tosi pieni. Ilmastointi ja Wi-Fi eivät toimineet. Ruuanlaittomahdollisuudet surkeat verrattuna siihen, mitä.annetyiin ymmärtää. Hinta-laatusuhde huono.

Erittäin vaatimaton hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja myös uimarannasta.

Huone oli kostean oloinen, pyyhkeet eivät kuivuneet kahden päivän aikana joten heräsi pieni epäilys onko huoneistossa hometta.

Hyvä sijainti, avaimet piti hakea ensin toimistolta, huone sijaitsi muutaman korttelin päässä. Huoneessa hyvä ilmastointi. Kylpyhuone hieman ahdas.

Loistava sijainti, kaikki lähellä, mutta ei silti kaupungin hälinässä. Satamaan, bussiasemalle,uimarannalle, kauppoihin,rantabulevardille parien minuuttien kävelymatka. Paikan omistaja pariskunta oli todella mukava, auttoivat kaikessa ja opasti. Suosittelen paikkaa :)

A nice location, nice people
This is a nice and cheap location in Split. The room was clean and suitable for 3 people to stay in. The stairs might make it a bit difficult if you have trouble moving or a lot of luggage.

Terrible experience
Lanlord thinks that if shower, toilet seat etc are broken its because we had misused them. He bacame angry when asked to repair them. Blaming customers for not taking care of your property is unheard of. We left after three nightmarish nights eventhough had reservation for 5 nights. Wifi was working well and the landlady was very kind to us.

Perfect location, polite owners
This was perfect located hotel. Short way to city center, beach and buss station and harbour. Free wi-fi worked well and there was also a fridge to use.

Huoneisto sijoittuu täydellisesti Splitin vanhankaupungin ja rannan väliin, sopivien kävelymatkojen päähän. Huone oli siisti ja kodikas. Yllätykseksi huoneessa ei ollut mitään ruoan lämmitykseen sopivaa välinettä, eikä lautasia tai aterimia. Omistaja oli ystävällinen.

Damira is very very kind and does her best to accommodate her guests needs. She is such a great host. We sincerely appreciated the late check-in. The property is ideally located close to the bus station and by the waterfront and market, making it a good spot for your stay. Recommended!

The location was ideal minutes from the ferry / port/ bus station- plus it was central to the market and grocery store but the room was super small and building was uninviting/ dirty. TV was challenging to operate.

Other than having to walk up a few flights the room was great. You can’t beat the location. You are ten minutes walking to everything- the bus, train and ferry. The waterfront is a two minute walk and the center of town is right there. Great stay. Would stay there again

Handy Location
Situated a stone's throw from Diocletian's Palace with a couple of small supermarkets very close. Not a huge room but met our needs.

- When we arrived there was a wild cat in the room, due to allergies we could not stay there. - It doesn't say that animals were allowed in the room. - It smelled terrible and she refused to answer our questions. - It says dry cleaning / laundry services - It wasn't. - It says there was parking - We didn't get that

Avoid if you want a nice experience
Baby crib was advertised as available, and we had requested it weeks in advance. Onsite parking was also advertised but when we got there after a delayed flight at 1am there was neither, and we had a crying eight month old baby that needed a place to sleep other than on the floor or in an adult bed. We were told closest parking was a 30 minute walk away. We had to figure things out ourselves and booked another hotel room with a baby crib. They now refuse to refund us even though there was false advertisement on their part. Had we known the description was not accurate we would not have booked this room

Good little central spot
The place was in an excellent position. Close to the bus station, local bus stops, farry port, restaurants, and more. Place was clean and tidy just a little small. Easy to find and the host was nice. All strip's no elevator so be prepared to carry your suitcases up 4 flighs of stairs.

Felt like in somebodys home, but private. Once figured out door check in was easy, pleasant staff. Note it is a few flights up stairs so if difficulty with stairs or lots of luggage can be a problem.

Suitable for budget traveller
Centrally located and walkable distance to a lot of tourist attraction. Host was nice Located on 2/F be prepared to carry your luggage. Room was tiny and old. After you put the luggage you could barely walk in the room. We booked a Terrance facing room but was given a smaller room facing the main road. The blind couldn’t be closed fully so it was noisy and bright . After a day out we came back to the room and it was filled with a strong sewage smell. The power socket was half way out from the wall , definitely need some TLC. It’s more like a motel and suitable for budget travellers. It’s good for its price but I would definitely prefer to pay more for a decent room.

Good location
We stayed here because it's close to bus, ferry, and train, as well as downtown/old Town split. Overall an adequate place. Could be better signage to find at night.

Room was ok, slightly nicer online then in person. It was spacious though and had a mini fridge which was nice. Location was also great, right in the city center. What was disappointing was that the photo on Expedia is of the building across the street, not of where the rooms actually are. The rooms are in an apartment building on a hidden street. They also don’t mention the stairs. There are a ton of stairs and no elevator which we did not know about.

De accomodatie ligt erg gunstig, dicht bij het centrum, de stranden en de grote bushalte. In de kamer is een goed werkende airco aanwezig, wat erg fijn is in de warme zomer. Verder zijn er een tv, badkamer, koelkast met vriezer en een fijn bed. Ook het beddengoed en de handdoeken werden gedurende het verblijf ververst. Bij aankomst werden we welkom geheten en kregen we ook tips over wat te doen in Split. De appartementen worden gerund door een heel vriendelijk echtpaar. Bij hen kun je met al je vragen terecht en je wordt heel gastgericht geholpen. Wij zouden deze accomodatie zeker aanraden!

God overnatting, men ikke på Rooms Dalmira Split. De hadde rørtrøbbel, så vi fikk en leilighet et par kvartaler unna. Litt lengre å gå med kofferter. Hyggelig vert som viste oss til stedet, og alt var rent og ryddig.
