Tilava ylellinen yksiö, oma terassi, perinteisessä kivitalossa Splitin keskustassa.

Se on ihanteellisella paikalla vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä suurimmasta Splitin maamerkeistä, kuten Splitin pääpromenadista ja kuuluisasta Diocletiansin palatsista.

Nautit täydellisesti vierailustasi tässä tilavassa 90 m2: n ylellisessä studiossa Splitin sydämessä.

Se on yhdistelmä perinteistä ja modernia ylellisyyttä, oma terassi ja takka.

Sijaitsee perinteisen kivitalon pohjakerroksessa Splitin vanhassa historiallisessa osassa, nimeltään Varos, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä päämerenkadulta ja Diocletiansin palatsista.

Voit myös käyttää talon pihaa pöydällä ja tuoleilla, jotka sijaitsevat talon ulko-oven edessä jaettuna muiden vieraiden kanssa.

Olohuone on erittäin tilava ja voit hemmotella aistejasi suurella 65 tuuman LED-televisiolla, jossa on taustavalo, satelliittikanavat ja sisätakka.

Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on liesi, uuni, astianpesukone ja iso jääkaappi ja pakastin, valmiina valmistamaan kaikenlaisia maukkaita aterioita.

Voit nukkua viihtyisässä parivuodessa ja mukavassa vuodesohvassa, joka sopii yhdelle aikuiselle tai kahdelle lapselle.

Monet kahvilat, supermarketit, ravintolat jne. Ovat samassa naapurustossa.

Selaa valokuvia nähdäksesi suurimman osan nähtävyyksistä, jotka sijaitsevat kävelyetäisyydellä asunnosta.

2. **** Talon säännöt:

Yhden yön hinnoista veloitetaan + 30%.

Kahden tai useamman yön ajan ei ole lisämaksua.

Juhlat sallitaan keskiyöhön asti.

Odotamme normaalia talon käyttäytymistä - varo, ettet riko mitään, jätä asunto siistiksi ja älä tee melua muille talon ihmisille.

Älä unohda myös nauttia vierailustasi täällä!

Saapumisaika on 14 tunnin (2 p. M) jälkeen, tarkista ennen 10 tuntia, joustava, jos mahdollista.
  

    3. **** Vieras pääsy:

Linja-autoasema on 150 metrin päässä. Lauttasatama, rautatieasema ja alueellinen linja-autoasema ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Maksullinen pysäköinti on minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Hinnat ovat 8 - 13 euroa päivässä, riippuen pysäköintipaikasta.

Ilmaisia pysäköintialueita löytyy 5-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta Drazanac-kadun lähellä.

  
    4. **** Vuorovaikutus vieraiden kanssa:

5. **** Muita huomioitavia asioita
 
**** Ilmoitus Ultra Music Festival (UMF) -vieraille:

Oleskelu 9.-12. Heinäkuuta (3 yötä) on pakollista. Älä tee varausta alle tähän. Olet tervetullut saapumaan aikaisemmin tai jäämään myöhemmin kuin nämä päivämäärät.

UMF pidetään Poljud-stadionilla, 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta.
 
 
    6. **** Liikkuminen:

Kaupungin linja-autoasema, taksit ja autovuokraamot ovat minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Main Splitin linja-autoasema, lauttasatama ja keskusrautatieasema ovat 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.
 
  
    7. **** Naapuruus:

Huoneisto sijaitsee vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Splitin merenrantapromenadilta ja kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Diocletianuksen palatsista.

Se on roomalaisten aikojen parhaiten säilynyt palatsi maailmassa ja vain minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Splitin promenadilta.

Alue, jolla huoneisto sijaitsee, on asuinalue.

very nice accommodations and in close proximity to the Old City. TV stations were not loaded so couldn't watch TV in off time. Would be nice to have a dish cloth to dry dishes. Easy and efficient communications. Would recommend this to others.

Location is great, with wonderful restaurants just steps away. Apartment is spacious and has great potential, but I could not give more stars because of the following items that needed attention:- shower head should be permanently installed- shower stall needs a curtain or a door, otherwise shower sprays all over the bathroom- shower drain required us to unclog…we comtacted manager about this- no lampshade on bedside lamp- keypads on door and outside door(within earshot of bedroom) beeped whenever other occupants of building needed to gain entry, which was at all hours of day and night- paper supplies were meager…needed coffee filters, paper towels and additional toilet paper. Contacted manager about shower, paper goods, on our first morning, and finally got a response 12 hours later. Requests were not addressed until the next morning(apparently manager had been at the ER so could not respond in a timely fashion)by that time we had already unclogged the shower drain. Guests in above apartment(we stayed 3 nights and there were different occupants each night) could be noisy, both overhead and in the hallway. Disrupted sleep. Lastly, VRBO host-arranged airport 4:30 am transfer never arrived. We have used many host-arranged transfers. Excuse was that the driver had the wrong day…unfortunate and inexcusable.

The location of this apartment in Split was excellent. However, there were a number of issues we had. The bathroom shower only had a handheld shower because the holder on the wall was broken and it was not fixed the entire time we were there. One of the wall sconces was missing the lampshade, and the other one was missing a bulb. The TV was not operable the entire time we were there, even though we really didn’t come to watch TV would’ve been nice to be able to watch it occasionally. The apartment felt like we were in a basement because there was no window to view anything anywhere. Even though the location was really really good I don’t think I would stay here again. I don’t really like writing a less than stellar review but we just didn’t enjoy staying at this location.

Overall we had an okay experience. There was a slight mixup at check in but it got resolved very quickly. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions which we appreciated. The place was pretty much as listed however the bathroom is very very small - we’ve traveled extensively in Europe ( so are used to that ) but this was smaller than any others on this trip (or previous trips) by far and smaller than appeared in photos. The tub is in a separate room. The toilet and shower are in a separate very small room. The shower is not the same as the photos. Looks like it has been redone but has no door or curtain and the shower head can’t be mounted - so it’s a handheld shower only. After a day or so also we noticed that the floors in the unit were also very dirty - even though we weren’t wearing shoes in the houseThe outdoor furniture had only some of the cushions so we didn’t use it. The biggest issue was the noise. There was a rental unit next door of ten young men that partied and sang well into the wee hours. They left furniture, clothing, dirty dishes, food and garbage outside their unit, which shared a courtyard with ours, so we had to walk through that every day. Sadly that neighboring unit isn’t owned by the same company so there was nothing the hosts could do …but it impacted our stay for sure.

Wonderful week in Split

As part of a multi stop trip that started in Italy and ended in France, all our intentions led to Split. This stone house was exactly what we wanted and perfect for me and 3 children ages 7, 10, and 12. We came in on the ferry and had a pleasant walk to the apartment with carry on bags (much more than that would have been slightly more difficult, but there were plenty of taxis waiting at the port if we anticipated any trouble walking with our things). Grocery stores were very walkable and allowed us to keep necessities (coffee, ha) and easy breakfasts to enjoy in the house before starting our days. We took a day trip to Plitvice Lakes, a half day boat tour to the shipwreck, blue lagoon, and Trogir, and the last day took a taxi to Kasjuni Beach (very easy, walk 1 minute to the road, asked a taxi driver to take us to Kasjuni Beach) where we enjoyed the clear water and swimming all day. In the evenings, we loved so many choices of restaurants within steps of the house. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming to the point that I let my 10 year old daughter walk to get us a table and she was ready and waiting with drinks by the time we joined. Communication with our host and associates was above and beyond before our arrival. Our ride to the airport was organized for us when it was time to leave so it was all very low stress. We very much enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to plan a trip back.

Quaint apartment in the heart of split!

The manager was wonderful, letting us store our bags when we arrived early and getting us into our apartment early. Dining recommendations next door were excellent. A grocery store and laundry 1 block away! Don’t overpack. We stayed here half way on our 17 day journey and had two loads of laundry done for only 16-18 erous per load and washed, dried and folded in 3 hours while we enjoyed the city! The bed was very comfortable, air conditioned room and hot water. We “lived” in the city for a few wonderful days! We highly recommend this apartment!!

Super Split Stay

The apartment was spacious and perfect for entertaining our son and daughter-in-law who stayed in the flat on the top floor. The location is perfect as it’s centrally located and an easy walk to the busy palace neighborhood. Toni had a driver meet us at the airport and check in was easy. I highly recommend this property!

The apartment was so perfectly appointed but better yet, the location could not have been better. Additionally, our host and hospitality expert Jellena was outstanding as she provided us guidance and made sure all our needs were met. Everything was so seemless! Studio Apartment Varos

This studio is in a great position to explore Split. Studio was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loads of restaurants nearby to choose from. We felt very safe in the studio and guests staying at the apartments above us were very courteous. If you are looking for a beach holiday then be prepared to walk at least 20 minutes to the beach. Towels, coffee mugs and glasses need to be updated. We had a very relaxed stay.

Great location!!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights in August and found the location to be perfect. You're right outside Diocletian's Palace, which makes you close to everything, but by being just outside it means the property is amazingly quiet. The property managers arranged for a ride from the airport for us and met us where we got dropped off, which was great because the property is off a pedestrian-only street. We never would have found it! The managers were also very responsive when we would message. We liked the way the property was structured. It allowed for 5 separate spaces (including the bathroom) which is way more than you usually get in an affordable VRBO. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property but…you are at the mercy of your neighbours

It’s a beautiful property in a fantastic location we really liked the property….but! Being ground floor next to the entrance and surrounded by other guests partying almost all the way through the night made for very broken sleep…. If you aren’t sharing the block with teenage party goers you will really enjoy it. It’s a shame, it’s a brilliant location and brilliantly renovated.

Delightful neighborhood

This apartment was a very comfortable home base in a perfect location. The immediate neighborhood is full of charming places to eat, plus a small grocery store for supplies and a reasonably-priced laundry that can get a full bag of laundry ready in just a few hours. It's a very quick walk to Split's bustling center, but the location itself is beautifully quiet. The bed is very comfortable, so we slept well and were ready to enjoy the beautiful city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The concierge made dinner recommendations that were exactly what we were looking for, and the host arranged for early-morning transportation to the airport for our departure. There were a couple of hiccups: The lights in the sitting room went out, and they were unable to get an electrician over the weekend, but that only affected the sitting area, so the kitchen and sleeping areas were just fine (and the sitting area got sufficient light during the daytime). The bathroom is a little small and odd-shaped, but everything works.
