"Erittäin siisti huone, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. "

"Palvelu oli hyvää ja henkilökunta suureksi osaksi kielitaitoista. Hotelli korkealla mäen päällä. Miinusta sai aamiaisella olevat selvästi likaiset lautaset. Osa ottimista myös mähmäisiä. Lisäksi hotellihuone (maatasossa) haisi aivan kosteudelle ja homeelle. Sängyt oli sijattu miten sattuu. Petari rypyssä ja lakana ei ollut patjan alla vaan oli vain heitetty sängyn päälle. TV ja vessapaperi pidike asennettu ihan vinoon. Wc-paperirulla tippui useasti lattialle sen vuoksi. Hotellin ravintolassa hyvää ruokaa ja paljon vaihtoehtoja. Toki juomat kalliita. Vesi maksoi 5€. Lähtöpäiväksi oli luvattu että kun lähdimme ennen aamiaista jo niin saamme lounasboxin mukaan. Emme tätä saaneet. Plussaa se, että laukut tuotiin satamaan autolla. Tullessa raahasimme helteessä ylämäkeä painavia laukkuja ihan yksin ja tiet epätaisia ja kuoppaisia."

"The Brac island was beautiful and the hotels location is awesome. The hotel, our room and the premises were all very nice and we enjoyed the all-inclusive nature of it but a really big trouble was with the reception staff - pretty much everyone was always on their phones and didn't even look up let alone say hello when guests came and went except if they were spoken to. They didn't offer any other information about the hotel, restaurant, bars or for example vehicle rentals, than was absolutely required them to offer. We really had to pry any infromation out of them and when we for example asked about trips to the blue cove or a car rental they didn't offer any assistance in getting what we needed but instead directed us to a nearby kiosk that wasn't even open at the time. The food at the restaurant ranged from decent to good but almost always the typical meal times were so crowded that there was no way to have a nice peaceful meal. However the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and up to their tasks. There were lots of rules regarding the use of pools (no jumping etc.) but no one kept any eye on how people behaved there and so they were needlesly stressfull. But still overall our visit there still was quite pleasant but it would have been a much nicer if the reception staff was up to the standards of the rest of the place and there were somekind of management of the pool etiquette."

"We had a lovely stay at a tiny house (bungalow with 2 bedroom). Only negative I have to say about the bungalow was that the bathroom doors made a lot of noice and the water in the shower was too hot. My kid almost burned himself in the shower. The area was beutiful, the beach was lovely, the pool a bit small but okey. The restaurant served good food. I would recommend this place to everyone who likes a layed back tempo with not so much action but beutiful beach and surroundings."
