”Staff made me wait in the rain for service. Sheets and pillow cases were very gross looking and stained, towels were not well-cleaned (I found hair in them) and there was hair in the shower. Overall the worst hotel experience I've had in Branson, even at that price point.”

”We seemed to be the only people staying at the property and it was very quiet. It’s located close to all of the things we wanted to do, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the mattress was uncomfortable, but overall staying at the property was a great experience. We definitely will be visiting again. ”

”Great resort with a full game room for the kids. Outdoor pool area was closed seasonally, but the indoor pool & hot tub was more than adequate. Very friendly helpful staff!”

”We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and included all we needed to make meals other than the food. Bed was comfortable and the couch in the front room was comfortable to sit and watch tv. The only thing I didn’t like was the steep hill—we walked to a concert .3 mile away and the hill was brutal for a couple in our 70s. But we survived! If we go again, we’ll drive to the front parking lot, then walk to the concert. ”

”I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

”The manager Chris gave us a great deal and he was very helpful and pleasant but the properly in itself needs a lot of improvement and I understand they are under new management and changes may be happening. The beds/pillows are good. The cleaning of the room was poor and the faucets are rusted and maybe even moldy. I do see potential in this hotel. Some updates will definitely make it better but the pricing was EXCELLENT. ”
