”Quite difficult to find, you have to check in at the water which isn't made obvious. Lots of steps to the penthouse so beware! Room was nice. As guests frequently come and go, it's obviously difficult for the cleaners to get everything done in terms of servicing every room. The major issue for us was the music scene in some venues. Nothing against this, but it starts at one end of the old town then seems to go from one to another venue until itends up right below the trees from around...

”Beds were really bad. Bed bases feel when you try to sleep. In freezer were someones food. There are also spiderwebs at corners. Our room was in basement and was very dark. Everything needs renovation.”

”We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

”Giannis was excellent - could not have been more helpful. The room itself was beautiful, partner found the bed a little too firm but I thought it was perfect. Free minibar was a nice perk. I wish the pool hours were longer but I understand from a liability perspective. The vending machine in the lobby was an excellent touch. Room was kept lovely and clean! John was absolutely amazing and very easy to reach, he helped set up an airport transfer for when we got to the island, gave us recommendations on places to eat and see on the island, and was easy to reach had we needed anything at all. Our plane didn’t land on the island until 11 pm and we had no issues with finding our room on arrival or checking in so late.
