”Our family of 5 and small dog enjoyed our 2-day stay. It was clean, quiet, comfy and had everything we needed to relax before and after the wedding we attended. The second bathroom was large and beautifully updated. Communication with our host was easy; he provided all the info we needed. Short walk down street to beautiful Lake Anna. ”

”This was an awesome place to stay close to Fredericksburg. We did not notice any of the issues outlined in previous reviews. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. Communication with the host was hassle free and the check in process was easy. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area. ”

”This was a great location for our first time to Lake Anna. There were many restaurants to choose from close by, and we chartered a boat cruise (Sunshine Swan) at the nearby marina. The hot tub was wonderful. There were 3 adults, and we all had our own room and bathroom. Super quiet neighborhood, and the hosts were great communicators. Would stay there again. ”

"This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!"
