”The room and bathroom were not clean and dust was everywhere. My wife has allergies and couldn’t breathe. She went to the desk and they showed her another room which was very musky and was worse than the first room. We got our money back and left. Very few rooms were taken when we arrived and maybe that is why. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and maintenance needs to check for mold.”

”Room was nothing fancy, but very clean & suited my needs. I had a street facing room but not a busy area so it was quiet. I liked not having room service daily, anything I needed I could get from the front desk. Breakfast was continental, same thing daily. I chose this hotel based on its location for an event I was attending g & also based on the price. I was not disappointed”

The bathroom had a big hole in the wall, and the shelf was detached from the wall. the toilet would not flush because the chain was broken and we had to put our hands into the tank water to make it flush. Kitchen in rooms were nice however would have liked to know how they were stocked. Had choice of pans, but no spoons for cooking and no toaster or oven.
