Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake front retreat. Located on Watts Bar lake, enjoy the entire 4.4 acre peninsula with over 1,000 feet of lake frontage! With many options for outdoor seating and outdoor activities, spend your stay enjoying natures beauty. Take a dip in the pool, or cool off under the gazebo with built in fan. Soak in the Hot Tub taking in the view. Indoors you’ll find cozy seating to take in the lake views or watch TV. At night enjoy the fire pit or have sweet dreams on one of the many comfy beds.

The property and house did make a wonderful place for our small wedding. The concrete pad right on the lake was the perfect spot for our ceremony/reception. I will say the bathrooms had an odd smell to them from what I can only assume is due to a septic tank scenario. We went to make some food in the air fryer which had moldy dinosaur nuggets in it, and the plates were very dirty so that was all a little disappointing. Also had to fill the tiki torches ourselves since they were out of fuel. Overall, it’s a nice stay. Just be prepared for some hiccups as with any rental.

My son got married in Crossville and I needed to find a house that would sleep 20 people. This house was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms/living spaces. The host provides a ton of towels and extra toiletries. Such a surprise to find toy boxes and baby items that were helpful since some of the family had to fly in and were limited on what they could bring. The lake views were amazing, and we enjoyed the fire pit and swing by the water. Even though we did not use the pool due to low temperatures, it looked like such a fun space. The only downfall is this house is basically booked solid through the spring/summer and we couldn't find a date to book a return trip, but we will :)

Our stay was absolutely incredible. My bridal party and I had an excellent time! House was very clean and spacious! We were all obsessed with the property. It was beyond gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit, as well as sitting by the lake. I definitely will rebook if visiting the area again! Thank you so much for accomodating us!

Our family had a wonderful time here. We wished we could have stayed longer. The pictures and listing are completely accurate. If anything, it's prettier in person. The house had tons of nice extra touches that were very appreciated and not expected. Communication was quick and super easy. I hope we can come back soon.

We absolutely LOVED this house for our family get together. There was lots of room outside to explore and two fully stocked living rooms. The large dining room was amazing as well as the pool, the waterfront views and fishing, and so many other amenities. Plenty of dog beds and blankets for the pups to lounge on. We will definitely be booking again in the future. It was a 5 star house for sure! If you are looking for a big house for your family to be able to spread out in and have a great time, this is the one!

This house had everything we needed for a family getaway. Two family rooms for lounging; 2 dining areas with tables large enough to share mealtimes and play cards/games. The pool was the best with several seating areas and umbrellas. Sitting out by the lake was very relaxing and kayaking was fun.

My husband and I took our son and his family of 6 ranging in age from almost 2 to almost 9 years old away for a week. We went exploring every day to discover a new waterfall and then came back to enjoy the pool. Later the kayaks provided yet another water experience. A lovely home in a lovely setting. We were very grateful and blessed to share this home. Thank you!

We had the perfect vacation at this beautiful home, that had everything! There was some thing for everyone to enjoy The location was beautiful an so quiet and serene. We enjoyed the pool and the lake with our boat. Our kids and grandkids were here from Denver and your home did not disappoint. Thank you so much. This is an amazing property! The pictures cannot truly relay how wonderful it is! Our only regret is that it rained over half the time we were there. There are so many areas to spread out in and enjoy the lake view. Our group of 14 from 89 to 1 year was very comfortable. Would definitely come back!
