”Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a little trouble entering the house because we tried going in the front door and the key pad was on the side door. The kitchen was on the small side and the filtered water as advertised did not work.Overall, it was very clean and comfortable with the main attraction being the pool. Everything was provided that made the visit excellent.”

”We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house on Watts Bar Lake! Our family of 7 (including 5 energetic boys) had plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy. The views from the house are absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect for both quiet mornings on the water and fun-filled afternoons.The kitchen was very well stocked, making meals easy and enjoyable. ”Had a wonderful time staying at waterfront cottage on Watts Bar Lake. The house was very clean lots of beds very nice paper products. We took our own boat very close to Spring City public dock. Also very close to downtown Spring City for groceries, restaurants and pharmacy. Check in was very easy any time I had a question the owner got right back to me. There were 7 of us and I love having 3 bathrooms. Plenty of parking for the cars and boat trailer. Hope to return next year!”

”Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The kitchen was well stocked. The primary bathroom was amazing. Access to garage and second refrigerator was very helpful! The dock was very nice and we all had fun in the water (since the water at the dock was year round, the path to the dock was quite steep but manageable and had a handrail). ”Clean and has everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality equipments. The hot tub is an added perk especially after a long hike. Location is perfect for exploring Fall Creek Falls State Park, Rock Island and maybe other sites but those are the 2 we visited. Come with groceries ready because the nearest grocery is at least 10 miles away. One of the best rental we ever had. Highly recommended.”

”Our whole extended family enjoyed the sitting on the large deck and watching the sun set! This place is peaceful and just what our family needed. The house was clean and well stocked.
