”We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. ”

”The staff in reception and restaurant and bar were friendly and fantastic especially hermione Trey Janeya and fellow at bar poolside during the day. Housekeeping in our room could be improved.
Pool was grea t Better communication around the restaurant availability. One night bar bites were not available and we could t get a dinner reservation. Communication on the entire process would be helpful.

”We stayed for 3 nights. There was a little inconvenience for getting our room when we got there. But overall, we got a clean room, so we were happy for that reason. Beach was not swimmable during our stay, but the pools were opened. Staff are helpful during our stay. ”

”Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre.
