” Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. ”

”Loved our 3 night stay! We were lucky to get early check in and put our boat in at Roger’s park close by. We scalloped, snorkeled, fished, kayaked. We brought our paddle boards and used them to explore the clear Weeki Wachee river and saw lots of manatees. Host was amazing communicating and no surprises; house is fantastic just as listed. ”

”We had a great stay! The house is nicer than the pictures. The hosts were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. Lots of fun for a big group and very accommodating! I would absolutely recommend staying here.”

”We enjoyed our evenings on the deck. We saw several manatees. Had a few ducks stop by to say hello. The house was clean, had thick absorbent bath towels. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed.”

”We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!”

”This is our second time staying here and it was even better this time because there is now a fence so our dogs were able to roam more freely. We saw dolphins and otters and a manatee right from the backyard. This was definitely one of our favorite vacations and we will be back again for sure.”

”The property was fantastic, even better than advertised. Plenty of space for 3 families to get together as well as laid out to ensure privacy and quiet. Phenomenal kitchen area and well equipped. The outside screen patio area is large and accommodating for activities. The pool was fantastic and was perfect for both adults and young children. Not sure how they managed it but threw in beautiful sunsets every evening !We will be back !”
