Private Lake Michigan beach frontage can be found right in the backyard with less than 25 stairs to the beach. Grand Times is located in Spring Lake, and it is only five miles from downtown Grand Haven. The patio overlooking Lake Michigan is where you will be sure to spend most of your time! The cottage has plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone to sit outside and relax and a gas grill for the outdoor cook. You will enjoy watching the sun come up each morning and the beautiful sunsets each night! Relax your cares away with a vacation at Grand Times.

INSIDE THE HOME
This bright and inviting unit sleeps eight with ease. On the main floor, two bedrooms each feature a brand-new double bed, while upstairs, the loft bedroom offers a queen bed plus a bunk bed with a twin over full—perfect for kids or extra guests. Keep in mind the loft stairs are more like a ladder, so plan accordingly. The main floor also boasts a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with an extra TV lounge for relaxing or entertaining. .This is not a pet friendly property. This home does not have full AC. Air conditioning is only in the main area, bedrooms and loft do not have vents.

Note from Owner: "Grand Times is a mid-century A-frame beach house, located just north of Grand Haven, and our favorite spot since the 1960s. For couples or families this slice of beach heaven can't be beat. Our family loves the spectacular sunsets over the water, long beach walks (Grand Haven Pier to the south, or Hoffmaster State Park to the north), alfresco dining with 180 views of the lake, and bonfires with s'mores on the beach. We all de-stress by sneaking in afternoon naps on the hammock under the rustling poplar trees and falling asleep nightly to the sounds of the waves. Our more adventures members enjoy, Craig's Cruisers, Mac Wood's dune rides, or dune hikes on own wooded trails --just across the street. Kids big and small will appreciate close access to our favorite ice cream spot--Miss Lisa's and the best blueberry picking anywhere! The North Shore Park is steps away, offering a playground for kids or make-your-own gym with a inspiring view. We think this is the perfect spot to relax and create your own family vacation rituals!"

Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. This property is located on the North Shore, where you can find North Beach Park just minutes away. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in.
