Sijaitsee vain 1mile Zionin kansallispuiston lounaaseen sisäänkäynniltä! Lyhyen kävelymatkan katua ylöspäin vie sinut ruokakaupassa, shuttle pysähtyy ja olet keskellä Springdale. Kävele suuria kauppoja, hienoja gallerioita, upeita ravintoloita ja gourmet markkinat keskustassa Springdale.
Tämä kaunis 3200 neliön jalka kotiin ominaisuuksia 6 makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyammeet ja tarjoaa upeat, panoraamanäkymät Zion Canyon. Makuuhuone, joka kattaa koko ylemmän tason talo, on parveke; kaksi queen size-vuodetta, poreallas ja erillinen suihkukaappi.
Päätasossa on kolme makuuhuonetta - kirsikka kovapuulattia neljällä queen-vuodella, yksi täysi kylpyhuone plus puoli kylpyamme, tilava keittiö, uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittitasot ja avoin pohjaratkaisu - harvinainen kova puulattia - viihdyttäville ryhmille pääsy suurelle kannelle, nurmettuneelle etupihalle ja näkymä West Templelle, Bridge Mountainille ja muulle .. Backyard on pergola-kansi terassi ja näkymät Watchman. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, ja meillä melko paljon mitään mitä tarvitset loman.
Alemmalla tasolla on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on täysikokoiset vuoteet sekä yksi yhden hengen vuode, myös yksi vaihdettava sänky, täydellinen kylpyhuone ja suuri leikkipaikka lapsille. Erillinen pesutupa sijaitsee myös alemmalla tasolla. Tilava ulkoasu ja yksityisyyden tekevät kodin täydellinen paikka perheille ja ystäville.
Aikana huhti-lokakuussa, vapaa Zion Canyon Shuttle pysähtyy vain muutaman askeleen päässä hotellista. Shuttle pysähtyy 9 paikkakunnalla Springdaleissa ja yhdeksässä paikassa Zionin kansallispuistossa, joten sinun ei tarvitse koskaan käyttää autoasi oleskellessasi omaisuutta!
Alkaen 16. huhtikuuta 2018 Springdale-kävijöiden tulisi ennakoida maksavan puistoilla kaduille.
Voit myös käydä Bryce Canyonissa, Grand Canyonin pohjoisreunassa, Powell-järvessä tai Cedar Breaksissa, jotka kaikki ovat vain 2 tunnin ajomatkan päässä tai vähemmän kotoa.

We had plenty of space, a nice outdoor area to hang out, and were very close to the grocery store, the free Springdale bus stop, and Zion National Park. My wife and I spent a week here with my brother, two sisters and a brother-in-law. We all found the home to spacious, very clean and well-maintained. We like to cook meals together and we found the kitchen to be well equipped for that. Most important of all, the home is located right outside Zion National Park, just a half block from the Springdale shuttle that provides regular, free service to the park. Also, it is just a half block from the Sol Foods grocery store. We highly recommend this home.We also highly recommend the Zion Gurus outfitter which is just around the corner from the home. It is where we rented boots and waders to hike the Narrows - that hike is a must-do for visitors to Zion.We also recommend the Spotted Dog restaurant just down the main street in Springdale from the house. We had an excellent dinner there one evening.Last, but not least, we recommend the Peekaboo Slot Canyon UTV and Hiking Adventure offered by Razors Edge Tours in Kanab, Utah.

Great place for a family gathering

Surrounded by the Zion peaks and 5 minutes from the park entrance, his spacious home is a great place for a family gathering. The property manager Alex is very helpful and responsive, and our family enjoyed the grassy yard and patio, comfortable living room and all the gathering places in this inviting home.

This property was amazing! Great location with access to the Zion Park shuttle, restaurants and stores. Alex was delight to work with. My only very minor complaint was there was not a hot tub as stated on VRBO.

Beautiful, Spacious Home in the Heart of Springdale

The beautifully decorated spacious home had plenty of room for our family vacation gathering! The well stocked kitchen made food prep easy and the large table enabled everyone to gather for meals. The living room was comfortable and the house provided games and movies. The yard was large & private with gathering spaces in the shade and beautiful flowers and landscaping - all in view of the mountains! The location was a very close walk to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and a Springdale shuttle stop. Communication & responsiveness of the property manager was clear and timely. We loved this house and would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again. The only caution is that the WiFi was a little slow if needed for remote work or video streaming.

This is THEE spot to stay in Springdale

This is our 2nd time staying here as a family. We absolutely love it. It's in the heart of Springdale, yet very private. Everything you need is withing a short walking distance. Zion is just up the road. The house is well kept and cozy. A great house and yard to hang with family. We will be back!

Perfect place for exploring Zion

Group of 12 friends stayed while doing hikes in Zion. The house was great, well stocked for cooking and was located in a perfect location to local restaurants and the grocery store. Beds were great and fit the group well.

We had a great stay with so much space to spread out. Fantastic stargazing on the beautiful lawn in the middle of Zion's beauty. The house had everything we needed! so simple to get to and from Zion, convenience of restaurants, Springdale shops and grocery store.

Good place and location for a group

I stayed here with a group of 9 people to do a guys trip to Zion. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The outdoor space was comfortable for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The location is walkable to the grocery store, several breakfast restaurants, and the Zion shuttle stop #5. The house worked well as a base camp for visiting and exploring Zion.

Fantastic location for a visit to Zion!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barbara's home. Fantastic location in Springdale-- super close to the town shuttle stop, meaning no worrying about inconvenient or expensive parking to get into the park. Steps from a grocery making meals at home a breeze. And an easy walk to many restaurants and shops on the main street. House was clean, and communication was excellent. Comfy beds and linens. Can't imagine a better place to stay for our next visit to Zion.

A Hidden Gem

It’s our second time at the property and we will be back. We have no complaints, except that we wish we stayed longer. The location is key and a small market is close so we could get anything we forgot. It had the “Zion” feel like we were looking for, rustic and peaceful. And the property manager was on point. Checked on us, without taking up our time! We were very appreciative and grateful for a great rental!

Perfect Property!

Our large family of 12 spent a week at this fantastic property. It was beautifully appointed and had plenty of room to both hang out as a group and retreat for some quiet time. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space with plenty of seating and a comfy hammock! I can’t emphasize enough how CONVENIENT the location is to Springdale. You can literally walk to many restaurants and stores. The shuttle stop for the Springdale shuttle is also close if you need to go farther than you want to walk! The property was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was in working order. The views out the windows were magnificent. Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent. Check in and out was very easy and check out tasks were minimal. We enjoyed Oscar’s, Noodles and Pizza (went to both twice) and the many coffee shops in town. Bumble berry had great ice cream! Zion and Bryce lived up to the hype and we loved them both. We rented e-bikes and it was a favorite for all of us including the kiddos. We all want to come back to continue exploring this magnificent area. We will definitely stay at this property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home in Springdale. The location was awesome, right next to Sol foods for groceries, and right in the heart of Springdale - but on a very quiet street...perfect. The home was very clean, and set up nicely. It worked very well for our group...thanks so much!
