”We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. We did have a Yellowjacket sting but the property manager answered our call and immediately sent someone out to handle the nest! Home has tons of beach towels, fun family games and all the kitchen cooking tools you could ever need! Beds were very comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. ”

”My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. The property is beautiful, the views are stunning and it was so quiet and peaceful on the lake. We brought kayaks and were able to get right out on the lake from the shore. We made our meals and ate outside for every one of them. We will definitely be returning. The communication with cohova was excellent, any questions I had, I just texted and they answered immediately. ”

The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to everything we were interested in doing. The kitchen was stocked with cookware if you plan to cook. We loved the coffee bar! The beds are firm. ”We had a short stay for just a couple of days for an a capella competition in Fayetteville and the house was beautiful! Everything was spotless and the house was a lot bigger than expected and a lot nicer than the photos. The management was excellent with very quick responses to all the questions we had about the property. The only downside for us was that it was fairly far to downtown Fayetteville but it is the perfect secluded lake getaway!”

”Great place to stay for a couple of days and nights. Step outside of your door and a less than 5 minutes walk to all shops. Just a few stairs up to get into the room from the ground level with everything you need for your stay.
