”Air conditioning and heater. Staff friendly. ”

”We had a family emergency and booked quickly and close to hospital. Everything was great. Clean rooms and quiet. We came and went at all hours and parking was great and available close to our entrance. Well chair equipped and staff kept us in clean towels. Renovation was in progress but wasn’t a hindrance of service and noise wasn’t a problem. Thanks for the warm breakfast”

”Room was full of roaches. There was no breakfast buffet like advertised, they had waffles and the batter was so liquidy it wouldn't cook . Coffee was ice cold and no condiments.”

”Parking was easy and staff was nice. However the rooms weren’t very clean as far as the floors go on not being swept and the tables weren’t wiped down when we first walked in the room. Other than that it wasn’t a bad stay and it was quite.”

”The room we stayed in was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable it was a great nights sleep. The staff was friendly and paid the $9 extra for the breakfast at The Rock restaurant it was delicious. We will definitely stay there again. ”

”10/10 do not recommend at all check up the pictures did not give justice to the room. I got to the cabin and it was on top of the hill. I could not get my car in or two to the house had to walk everything was filled with smoke smell the stove was old and added a date. The refrigerator was shorter than me. They had bedbug covers on the mattresses which automatically freaked me out. They had couches that had cigarette burn holes in it that looked from the 1950s and I still had to pay full price...

”Didn't use the laundry or the hot tub ”

”The hot tub and pool were amazing. At first the color of the pool water made us nervous, but it didn’t seem dirty. It’s just a very different shade of blue. I don’t think the wheelchair accessible seats for the pool/hot tub work unfortunately, unless we just couldn’t figure them out which is possible. Breakfast could have a little more variety but it was good! I love that the staff popped in and cleaned our room while we were out. Everyone was kind, super easy check in, only $25 deposit.”

”My granddaughter and I had an amazing time!! She didnt want to leave. We had a massage and facial both our first time. The ladies were awesome. Everyone is very polite and caring making sure your stay is to your satisfaction. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back. Thank you!!”

”They hv us the wrong cide to the Big nice cabin so gv us a Tony like hotel romm one 1 tiwel no plugs in bathroom nor by dink 1 socket plug qas hanging out wall. Very tiny to the 1 ibooked. I feel i beed a refund. It was drastically smaller. Location was hrest bit ”

”The room, while clean, had a lot of problems. My wife is handicapped, so all the rooms downstairs were smoking rooms, so we had to stay in a room that stunk like cigarettes. The toilet stopped working, and I had to fix it, besides the fact that it wasn't snugly bolted. The beds were 3 feet tall and as hard as a rock. I swear I slept on a pool table. The AC only worked on 64 degrees and was held together with duct tape. It was noisy with dogs barking, people screaming, an ice machine...
