”From the time I checked in on a Friday evening, we had no shower working. I called the front desk and they were gonna find someone but it was very late so I told them I was leaving first thing in the morning 7 AM and they would have all day to fix it. I came home at 10:30 at night and the shower still wasn’t fixed. I had a small child with me who was very tired. They wanted to come and fix it at 11:45 PM. ”Nice hotel. But I was surprised that breakfast wasn't free, unlike other hotels in the area. I visit Springfield often, and chose that hotel because of the location. In the future, I will stay somewhere that's less expensive and serves free breakfast. ”
