Shady Pines is fantastic little property. The house is extremely well kept up, like it was brand new. The cleanliness was exceptional, not a spec of dirt or dust. The A/C easily kept the house cool, quick hot water and the shower's water pressure was good. The owner was quick to respond and even made sure the porchlights were on when he found out we would be arriving well after dark.

Charming

This charming home is was just what we needed! Driving up we were greeted with a nicely groomed yard with spring flowers! Walking into the home, we saw this home was very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and living quarters as well. We immediately made a cup a coffee! Location is everything to us, and this was the right place!Shopping, Restaurants, Wedding Venue, and sights to see are just minutes away! Thanks Josh!

Beautiful property

We came to the area to help friends move and this property was just perfect for our needs. The inside was beautifully decorated and the backyard looked lovely and inviting on a cooler evening. We would have loved to have been in town longer and able to take advantage of the property more than we did.

A great stay! The only situation would be the exact place to park? The property utilizes a septic tank so driving all over the property is not a good idea. I generally stuck to in between the side and front porch and close to the tree. The layout of the property is perfect. Neighbors are close but not that close, separated by an incomplete fence. Two deer feeders in the back area and a bird feeder several feet from the back door. We visited in late March until the beginning of April and weather was perfect. The home is made for no more than two people comfortably. Small children and young teens would like the living situation. Full kitchen with mostly everything you'll need to cook. Josh and his team are very polite and communicate as quickly as possible. Their cleaning crew is top notch too! Very clean through out the home, smelled fresh. Not everybody likes a medium firm bed but we made do. Lights inside and outside were bright and felt very secure. All the doors worked without any problems. The refrigerated air was top notch and kept the home nice and cool. The table was a bit uneven but the stools needed a backing for support. We had to rearrange the table so that it was close to the wall for back support. We'll definitely stay here again when we come through Georgia. Thank you, Josh and your team!

Absolutely perfect!

The host was attentive to our comfort durring our stay. The property was superbly clean and the patch of woods behind the house was nice to take a little walk and to watch the deer visiting every morning. The ninja coffee maker was a hit with us.

Greta getaway spot!

The property is nestled in a private area on a gorgeous little piece of land. Parking is plentiful. House was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and homey. Would recommend for couples retreat or small family.
