”Food was horrible for breakfast, dirt in ice cube trays, little to none soap in shower, ”

”The building had strong odor of mold and mildew. I sneezed for two days. Stains in tub and toilet. Gross!”

”The room was enormous, plenty of space, lighting was great, everything was clean and tidy. Check-in was quick and breakfast was great. ”

”The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!”

”Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. ”

”The pool was closed due to maintenance and when offered to use the neighbor hotel pool they denied us due to over capacity.”

”This is an older, worn down property. It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. ”

”The hotel is aged, duct tape all over the carpet in the hallways, old cracks in the shower floor with built up crud, “stuffy” feeling of the air. No usb ports We usually choose Holiday Inn because HI has good quality and free breakfast. This was a total disappointment, no breakfast buffet, and aged building. There was no warm feeling - just an overall disappointment for the cost. I wish I would’ve paid $50 more for a different hotel. Or even the cheapest hotel was more updated than this...

”Hotel was comfortable, breakfast was good. Rooms need a good cleaning and a lot of renovation. Sheets had spots, carpets dirty and walls need to be painted. ”

”Room was very nice, super clean and the bed was actually comfortable for a hotel room bed...the lady that checked us in was super nice and full of personality, loved her!..wud definitely recommend ”

”They robbed me threatened me and had hidden fees the woman made me and my baby sleep in a car after paying for the night she was not helpful or kind asked why my husband couldn’t afford the extra fees said she was from the south side and could have me and my family hurt ”

”Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. ”

”I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.”
