I had multiple issues with the room. The lack of a desk light made working difficult even with all the lights in the room on. A clock would be nice as I do not have a smartphone for this purpose. ”Our showers were cold. My poor kids were shivering in their showers. Wife & I also took reluctant showers. We called front desk & their response was it might be because people were returning to their rooms at 8pm and using showers. No hotel should have cold showers anytime regardless of use. I took a shower the next morning & it was lukewarm. Definitely ruined the stay.
