”The house on the lake is very well situate with direct access to the Matanzas lake. The property is conveniently built on one level, and has great amenities to enjoy a lake getaway vacation. ”Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great.”

”Three Pines is an amazing place! We hosted our wedding here in June of 2025 and could not have asked for a more beautiful setting, attentive staff, and quiet grounds. We had guests in every rentable room, and they all raved about the accommodations. It was especially hot outside during our stay and the house was a very comfortable temperature with the ability to adjust certain rooms to be warmer or cooler to your needs, which was especially pleasing given the historic nature of the home.
