”The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What...

”Edward was very quick and easy to communicate with. The house was spacious. Inside was very clean. Hike up the stairs were steep and some of the stones were wobbly. I maybe missed this in the listing, but my parents who are older had a hard time. I did share with Edward the outside had trash left around and the back patio chairs were very worn and not able to be used. He proceeded to tell me the last tenant had a big party and trashed the place. We didn’t arrive until 5pm. I would have thought...

”Property was fine but there was no writing desk in the room so no good for a professional visitor. Also awkward to get coffee in the morning as nothing was provided in the room itself. Distance from Metro another disadvantage ”
