”Classic Old Florida! 2 lines of rooms. All with kitchenettes, plenty of room to relax and move around. Wanted to try the spring fed pool, but we ran out of time! Ospreys circled the hotel each morning. Walking trail right behind rooms. Easy walking distance to downtown.

”Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation.
Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY...

We were there for just a weekend and it was my husband's birthday so we didn't have time to figure out how we should address our complaints immediately. We were offered a deluxe room for an extra cost which we accepted, as they are pet free and shouldn't have any pet related smells. Unfortunately the room had an old carpet, too, and the smell wasn't the best.. the deluxe room differed from the photos on this website, it was smaller (and a lot smaller than the standard room) and had no arm...

”How can you score a Resort who cancelled the day of Check In? After driving over 2 Hours to take My Kids to College Spring Break. They said; “Expedia Over Booked”.
