âBota is unique place & we felt very privileged to have stay within. I was unfortunately very sick & Mary is a beautiful caring staff member.Exceptional at her trade. Especially her breakfasts with fresh squeeze orange juice & lemon & ginger tea.
Karla also provided impeccable service & we highly recommend Bota Palace.
The only suggestions we could pin point is to provide visible reading instructions on the air conditioner ,Television & remotes .

âPerfect location in the heart of oldtown. The apartments itself are fantastic, very clean, very neat and furnished with style. Staff are very nice, sunny smile and very helpful. Will stay here again when I go back to dubrovnik. I really do not anything bad to say about this place, maybe add a complimentary water bottle to the room?

In general an all around excellent hotel. Great location right at the beach but still walking distance to the old town. Very friendly staff, super clean rooms and the best breakfast view you could ever hope for.

âGood value for money. Everything worked as promised (as in the nordic countries). We actually had an actual sea view from our room :). Aircondition works and that is great since it was +30C every day. The hosts are super nice and helpful. The location is close to the old town (8 min walk). There are more than some stairs to take where ever you want to go in Duorovnik and you cant drive to this addres, but the stairs from the street are not long.â

âThis was an excellent choice for our stay in Dubrovnik. Room was just as was described, bus stop to old town was in a very short distance, beach and supermarket were close. But the best thing was the owner! His kindness and helpfulness were just amazing! We got sandwiches and drinks when we arrived late, he drove us to the old town once, gave lots of good tips and brought us a huge watermelon sliced. An excellent stay!â
