”This hostel was the worst I've ever been to. When we first got there, after it took the tuktuk driver 45 min to find the place, there was a dead cockroach waiting for us on the floor. The room was very untidy, the whole hostel was, and it smelled awful there. We didn't get towels like we were supposed to. The bathrooms and showers were not that bad but you could tell that nobody cleaned them for the two nights we stayed. The staff was ok, one guy helped us to find a place to eat and was polite.”

”On a adoré notre séjour à Anam Hôtel ! On y a passé 10 jours. On a pu se reposer. L’hôtel se situe à quelques mètres de la plage, où on peut y voir des magnifiques coucher de soleil le soir. Le personnel de l’hôtel est juste super super gentil. Il y a une cuisine que l’on peut utiliser, mais aussi une machine à laver dont on peut se servir. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez rien.”

”It was my first time Solo travelling and the hostel was perfect for it. The staff and people there made the stay safe, comfortable and the most relaxing ever. Recommended for a beach getaway with great facilities and wonderful views.”

”I rented an Airbnb in unawatuna which ended up turning in an awful experience. I had to find a new place last minute and I was really happy when I arrived to snooze. It’s clean, the boss is a respectful and kind person who is available to help guests when in need, the room was spacious with ac and hot water. Ended up paying half of what I paid for the Airbnb nightmare. I extended another night at snooze. I definitely recommend it specifically if you’re a woman traveling alone as I am. ”

”Hotel a 3 km de la ville, assez éloigné sans service a proximité. Safari trés cher. J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre. Trés bien dans la grosse savane mais prés de la grande route pas nécessaire du tout. Personnel serviable mais on sans que l'argent et le but premier du centre. ”
