”Such a great hotel, such great food and the service was excellent! Pasan was great providing us with copious chai, non stop requests and was great all round, Eranda was excellent too. I wish I remembered everyone’s name, but would recommend the stay for their service alone - couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel rooms were clean, would recommend their half board option (some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka) and great shower facility too. ”

”I had a really nice stay at ITC Ratnadipa. Luxurious hotel with very nice Atmosphere. Large and nice rooms. Excellent food. Especially the breakfast should be highlighed. In particular the waiters Nilantha Ianakc and Methmi did a great job. Also the doorman Prasad did an excellent job. ”

”We had a good stay of one night. Hotel was new, clean and reception staff was nice. Anyhow I am very disappointed with the management as I tried several times to contact them by email about the cancellation and refund of the nights we had to cancel. No answer or explanation of any kind was given. I understand that they just want to keep the money but I would have appreciated any kind of answer to my email. ”
