Motellit – St. Albans

”Its ok”

”It seemed clean enough. The next morning I woke up with itchy bites all over me that after further research appear to be bed bug bites. No one is at the property full time, you have to call someone to come. After I researched the bites Expedia reached out to the property owner. They never received a response and proceeded to give me the contact info and I never received a response either. Ended up doing a charge back on credit card and it was issued without anyone contesting it.”

”Very basic room, cigarette burns on the tub, dead bugs on the ceiling”

”When I arrived, there was a cobweb in the window. I alerted the staff and they cleaned it right away. Everything functioned and the beds were comfortable and I appreciated the hot tub and pool. But it looks like nothing has been tended to for a few decades. The room items were outdated and mishmash. It looked like extra furniture was put together just to have furniture, not because they cared about the asthetic. It functioned and was close to our daughter at UVM, but would not stay there again.”

”?”

”The room was clean and the attendant was quick to respond to my questions via text and through Expedia messages. We only stayed for one night, so we did not use anything in the kitchen.”
