”Warm and welcoming. Excellent location, great value for money. Some roofing work going on but there was zero noise or disturbance whatsoever. The beds are super comfortable, and rooms silent, so we slept well. Second time staying here, will be coming back. Craig is lovely and helpful, and we got to leave our luggage at the hotel for the day after checkout so we could go to Portobello for we had a late flight. Oh and I could just see Arthur's Seat from the room window :)”

”Jenni and Mark were great hosts with excellent advice on the town. The room was lovely, spotless. Breakfast was delicious. We could only stay one night but I wish we’d been able to stay longer.”

”A home away from home. Lisa our host was lovely and gave us lots of good tips. The house itself is on a hill over looking the sea and a delightful place to spend a few days.”

”4 friends hotel is clean and comfy place to stay if visiting edinburgh, bit far from old town but walking distance still. Shop opposite side of 4 friends was nice to have. I recommend this place, served my purpose 🙏”
