”All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

”We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. ”This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. Getting a whole lot more bang for your buck with the villa booking. ”I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. ”The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out.”
