”The room was very nice. Loved the jetted tub, great shower pressure. The pillows were nice but the bed itself was very firm. If you have back issues like I do the extra firm bed was not nice for my back.”

”The air conditioning worked just fine. The room had obviously been updated. You could hear people staying in rooms next door. Bed was not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Pillows weren't great either. No conditioner. Walk in shower didn't have enough lip so it leaked all over bathroom. But the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. ”

”It's a budget hotel, so I know what to expect, and I was very happy with my stay. There were no bugs, the bed was comfy, the walls were not thin, and the water was surprisingly hot for a hotel, so all those things were great to me! It was a little dirty, but the rooms seemed recently renovated, so I was happy with it. There was no real breakfast, but I had already accounted for that and appreciated the hot coffee each morning. Keep in mind that it does have smoking rooms, and the first floor...

”Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel.”

”This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. ”Met my expectations”

”We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...

”My room was clean. Staff responsive. Breakfast and sundry amenities were better than the marketing shows. The parking lot is next to the building, but it's an open lot—not "secure" as their marketing claims. The marketing photos show the good parts of the hotel, and there are some. But there is more photo glitz than reality. The lake view is interrupted by a shoddy paved area, and the lake itself is unattractive.
