Alpine feeling, beautiful surroundings
"Very friendly hotel keeper and staff! Beautiful lake and various nature tracks close by. Easy access to the hotel. Take away pizzas from the hotel restaurant. Great value for the money, we will recommend this place to our friends who are coming to the same region."

"The St Arnaud cottage provided a welcoming base for exploring the Lake Rotoiti area. The house was clean and well equipped, we slept well in the peaceful surroundings. The location a short distance from lakeside trails was great. Definitely recommend."

Lovely stay
"Beautiful home. Super comfy. Suited us brilliantly. Lovely living area opening onto a deck with outdoor table and bbq. Bbq was a challenge - one burner very hot, the other only low heat but all good. Beautiful birdsong. Will be back!"

"We cannot fault this peaceful location nor the delightful cabin we stayed in. David the owner was super friendly and helpful in directing us to various places to visit. There was no Wi-Fi but cell coverage was adequate, and we had everything we needed as far as facilities go. Clean, warm, comfy bed, ..."
