”This is a nice spot for families with kids. The heated pool was a great plus for when the ocean is too rough. Short walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. The enclosed outdoor shower was nice for washing off after the beach or pool. The full size charcoal grill was an added plus. The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes, etc. There were plenty of towels, both bath and beach. The free tickets were an added bonus, though didnt end up using any this time around. We would definitely stay...

”Jeanie is a fabulous host! I really appreciated the supply of 'essentials' - plenty of toilet paper, towels, dish/kitchen needs, and hand soap at every sink!! ”This condo was perfect for our family with the two sets of bunkbeds. The condo was well furnished and the short walk to the beach was ideal. Pool is very nice. Our host Lisa was great. One thing which has nothing to do with the host or unit. This unit is in a large complex. We observed that the security people were absolutely rude and harsh when dealing with guests. ”

”10-15 to downtown, beautiful little neighborhood and property, our dog had the most amazing time with the back yard. Can walk right across the street to the beach. ”We enjoyed our stay at this condo. I had never been to St Augustine before and was very lucky to have chosen the perfect spot! The condo is quaint, clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the condo and the development is quiet, clean, felt safe and was close to the beach. There’s also a pool and downtown was a short 15 min ride up A1A. Definitely will stay again if I’m lucky enough to go to St Augustine in the future. ”
