The property was very clean, it was quiet outside of the property and even on the first floor. The problem accrued when we got to our room. We heard several dogs barking, people slamming doors, and smoking every time we walked out of our room.

Love the location and one of the few that allows pets. The inside is starting look like the owner doesn’t care. Yes it’s dog friendly but you would think there would be a carpet cleaning when accidents happen. Other than the stains and so so cleaning it’s a good value.

My reservation from 5/3/24-5/6/24  began with a very rocky start as soon as I checked in into my room. I had to ask the manager to relocate myself & my family due to being in a conjoined room where as the party in the other room exhibited inappropriate behavior, pulling on the door& very loud profanity and yelling. The manager on duty was a very nice gentleman who was very attentive to our needs and moved us immediately. We have small children traveling with us so it was a very uncomfortable situation. The room we were moved to was much quieter but the refrigerator nor the restroom sink was functioning properly. The manager was also made aware and assured me that someone would be by to fix it. Today we expected to return with these issues fixed after having that conversation the night before but unfortunately still no resolve. Due to their neglect this resulted in us losing a refrigerator full of what is now unfrozen fruit& vegetables. Before leaving for the day housekeeping was also asked if they could replenish our towels & rags and to remove the trash only to return with trash still full and the towels thrown onto the counter without any care. Instead of the young woman Acherity addressing my issues she proceeded to explain to me that I still would be charged for my stay as if I had given her the impression that we would be leaving. I found that to be very rude & insensitive and unprofessional . She seemed to lack both competence & empathy. What was intended to be a joyou

The place is pretty clean, but very loud. The floors and walls must be very thin because I could hear every other guest staying near me. I couldn’t sleep at all because of all the noise. The staff was friendly though and check in was very easy!

Terrible, worst experience ever. Was forced to leave after complaining about loud mean obnoxious dog in room on third floor DIRECTLY, across from our room. This after I specifically requested a room with no dogs nearby , throughly explained to both employees at the desk staff upon check in. Then upon return to room , 2.5 hours a large barking dog in adjacent room. Phone in room not working , go to front desk and speak to same dude regarding dog. He explains too bad, no more rooms sold out, And then tells me to leave hotel, which I was doing anyway, he then call local police and lies Saying I had a gun and threatened him and the dog. That dude is a sick mean spirited non human assigning a stay in a room in that close proximity to a room with a loud barking aggressive service dog. Avoid this place with deranged staff.

The bed was comfortable but the springs were noisy when I turned. No water available in the breakfast area. No unsweetened cereal.

Rates were nice as well as location. Our room had an odor that I can only contribute to poor ventilation or filter on a/c that needed replacing. Cleanliness and some refurbishing is in order.

This hotel was very clean including the pool but it isn’t heated which was fine as it is April. Beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

We always try to stay at LaQuinta as we have a dog. This time she didn't come with us. Hotel was clean and well kept. Only down side was poor water pressure. But that's not really the hotels fault. We only stayed two days, but the cleaning crew made our beds and put out clean towels. They also furnish separate towels for the pool.

While this place was suitable and fairly priced, it definitely seemed a little tired. The fitness room is a disappointment. Most machines didn’t work, and the room was disorderly. There was no shampoo or soap in our room when we arrived, but the staff provided it when asked. We used the laundry, which requires many quarters, and though we were told we could get change at the front desk, they ran out before we were able to finish drying our clothes. Overall, the place just needs a makeover and better service.
