Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on the first floor of a private home, enjoy the water views from both bedrooms. The open concept living, dining and kitchen make it a great place to gather. The unit has full laundry, bathroom, access to the garage for storage and shared use of the charcoal grill, fire pit and outdoor shower. Walk 8 minutes to the private beach access to the white sands on Treasure Beach. Beach also has drive access.
The space
This downstairs unit has 2 bedroom with controlled A/C units. Central A/C in the rest of the unit. A queen sized sofa bed is located in the living room. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen and full laundry.

This home is also our family home. There are lots of towels, charging stations, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms. We have created a comfortable space that we think any group would enjoy.
Guest access
The downstairs unit has full access to the garage which is shared with the upstairs unit. The outside areas are shared with one other unit including the fire pit, charcoal grill, backyard and outdoor shower. Driveway A, would be the driveway.
Other things to note
Treasure Beach has a private walkway just an 8-minute walk away. It’s also got a drive access just down the street. You have to have a 4x4 and $10 but you can drive on the sand and park. We have beach towels, chairs, tents, toys available.
