Recently updated, two-story townhouse, just steps to the beach! We have everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Crescent Beach in St. Augustine!, FL! Amazing views!

Wide beaches, temp-controlled swimming pools, pickleball, tennis, racquetball, a basketball area, a new children's play area, and a lending library with books, puzzles, and games. This is the PERFECT place for families and active adults!

Summerhouse offers the best of quiet coastal living—bordered by sand dunes and a wildlife sanctuary, with no high-rises in sight—yet just 15 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine. Across the street are the Intracoastal Waterway, Fort Matanzas, and secluded beaches. One stay here and you’ll fall in love with this peaceful side of St. Augustine and its stunning, uncrowded beaches.



Our family fell in love with Summerhouse years ago for its uncrowded beaches, wildlife, and serene setting. We’re excited to share this peaceful slice of St. Augustine with you!



This second-floor, two-story oceanfront townhouse features a spacious living room with sliding doors to a private balcony overlooking miles of white sand and turquoise water. The open dining area, upgraded fully equipped kitchen, and powder room are on the main level—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals in. Unwind in the comfortable coastal-style living room with a large flatscreen TV, or sip coffee or wine on the balcony while listening to the waves.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and breathtaking ocean views—ideal for sunrise and moonrise watching. The guest room includes twin bunk beds and a full-size bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TVs with cable.

Fort Matanzas has a very long & interesting history, closely connected with the founding of St. Augustine by Pedro Menendez de Aviles. In 1565, Menendez murdered over 250 French Protestants including the famed Jean Ribault, on the land where the Fort is today. Delightful

Walked into a clean, beautiful decorated condo. Between exercise room, pickleball courts, pools and walking the beach we found plenty to do. Had no problem with texting the owner and getting quick response. It definitely earned a 5 star from us.

Stayed the weekend with our family to celebrate a birthday. A perfect get away. Loved the balcony and would definitely stay again! We love SummerHouse and the community there. The guests are are friendly and it feels extremely safe.

Great ocean view condo

Everything in the condo was a lovely stay. We had some issues with communication the day of. The information hadn’t been sent like it should been. I suppose it was supposed to be automated. The code that was given was incorrect. Know this information should come days in advance not day of. Overall, the condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The weather in September was rainy, but we still had a bit of sunlight. The beach was pretty and seeing the ocean from the upstairs master bedroom was a plus.

Perfect beach vacation

My family has stayed at 2 other properties within the summerhouse complex and this one was by far the best. The view was fantastic but also all of the beach accessories make it so easy for a family with 2 young girls (6 and 8). Would definitely book again.

Quick family getaway

Loved our stay! The accommodations were lovely, neat, clean, and just what we needed! Lots of games for family time, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful ocean view of course! We had a little trouble with the tvs, but we aren't all that great with technology and didn't try too long, and didn't need them anyway, too many other things to do!! Our host was very responsive and kind to assist with our last minute travel plans, thank you again! We hated to leave, but hope to be back again!

Great family vaca

Our family of 4 with two little kids, 4yo and 1yo vacationed here for our kids first time at the beach. The house had everything you’d need. Great beach view and easy access to the beach. Would recommend a new umbrella and a high top table on the deck. But this is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. It’s clean, cozy and comfortable and easy to access even with young kids. We would rent again.

Our family stayed in this beautiful and comfortable condo over looking the beach. Everything was fabulous in the condo and nicely decorated and very comfortable. The condo was stocked with all our needs and was exceptionally clean. We plan on staying here again and would highly recommend this gem to everyone.
