Lemmikkiystävällinen kahden makuuhuoneen yhden kylpy rantamökki merinäköalalla.

Tervetuloa Surf Crest Villageen # 25, Pelican Beach View, upea perhelomamökki. Tämä mahtava yhden tarinan 2bd / 1ba rantatalo on uusi vuokraohjelmaan. Vuokrataan alakerrassa toistaiseksi yläkerran myöhempien remonttien vuoksi. Alakerran patio ja yläkerran puukansiolla on kauniit näkymät tuuliseen St. Augustinuksen valtameri. Olohuoneessa isäntä Master Suite sisältää queen bed. Vierashuoneessa isäntä täysvuode ja molemmat jakavat täyden kylpyammeen. Tässä olohuoneessa on iso taulutelevisio. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitaan näiden maukkaiden loma-aterioiden valmistukseen. Täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu tarjotaan vieraiden mukavuuksiin. Rantatuolit, pyyhkeet, työntökärry rannatarvikkeisiin ja erilaisia leluja ovat vieraiden nautintoa. Mökki tarjoaa kaksi paikan päällä olevaa pysäköintipaikkaa aivan oven edessä ja vierailijatiloja on saatavilla lähellä. Ranta ja uima-allas ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä mökistä ja nauttivat monista ravintoloista ja kaupoista 1/4 mailin päässä mökistä. Meillä on paljon paluuvieraita. Haluat olla se vieras.
Kaksi alakerran makuuhuonetta isännöivät queen-vuoteita ja jakaa kylpyamme / suihku. Queen-vuodesohva on alakerran oleskelutilassa, ja siinä on myös taulutelevisio. Omistajat ovat varustaneet hyllyt joidenkin perheen suosikki elokuvien kanssa! Täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu tarjotaan vieraiden mukavuuksiin.
Mökki tarjoaa kaksi paikan päällä olevaa pysäköintipaikkaa aivan oven edessä ja kaksi vierailijatilaa aivan vastapäätä. Ranta ja uima-allas ovat vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, ja monia ravintoloita ja kauppoja on 1/4 mailin päässä mökistä. Tämä ominaisuus on myös täydellinen paikka perhejuhlia ja häitä varten, koska edustamme myös toista kolmen makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylän mökkiä vastapäätä kylää. Se odottaa sinua .......

Within walking distance to the beach. Had everything we needed including chairs to take to the beach. It had 2 floors which each had 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. Seemed like a short drive to anywhere in St. Augustine.

Perfect location - best view in Sun Crest Village. Unit is a little outdated and needs some fixing up, but the location and set up with two complete apartments makes the unit worthwhile. Would stay here again.

Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach. House was clean, very comfortable beds, had plenty of kitchen needs. Stairs are required to reach the master bedroom and main kitchen. (Yes, 2 kitchens) So, carrying groceries and luggage up stairs wasn’t great but doable. We mostly ate our meals around St George St. but did try the Oasis just down the road. It was good and they do have a quiet, table/chairs area inside away from the bar. — only thing we “complained “ about was how the HVAC worked. Wasn’t cooling well and outside temps was only around 70. If it was 90 outside, we would have had a real problem. Would stay there again if needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Surf Crest Village. We loved the fact that it was a quiet community and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was conveniently located just around the corner. This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Patty. She is great! Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located close by. We would stay here again.

Our family said this was our best vacation ever!! All due to this wonderful home. Having two full floors made it super convenient and ,the closeness of the walkway to the beach-perfection all the way around. We absolutely loved this property! Easy access to the beach and pool. Only thing is the pictures make the place look much bigger than it is downstairs when it is a bit tight but not awful. Having the 2 kitchens was awesome. We've stayed at many places and have never had that amenity before and with having my nephews, their mother, my brother and my son it was nice. Loved the balcony very nice favorite place! Would be nice if the balcony had a cover we tried to use the awning but couldn't figure it out. It rained a lot in the evenings so chairs were always wet so a cover would've been nice. The dryer could use an update but worked. Lots of towels! I filled the ice trays for ice and I recommend buying ice and bringing your own water lol. Nothing against place bc they do not have control over the water. Shower upstairs was great. Everything worked very well in the house. Great little neighborhood very quiet. Pool key is behind the front door if you can't find it lol my 9 y/o had to find it for me hehe. Beautiful sunrises. Shower to rinse off from beach is on the bottom porch to the side by trash cans. We will definitely be back! Patti and Harry were amazing! I had a family emergency and she showed me grace and I am very thankful for that. Still good people out there! We really enjoyed every minute of this trip. This is definitely a place I will be saving to come back to! Even though I mentioned some things wrong I would come back still even if they were not fixed.

We spent a week at the beach with family and appreciated the two separate living spaces in this house. Nice for us to have 2 kitchens but might not matter to some families. The furnishings and towels could use a complete do-over, as they are well used, but for a relaxed rental house theyre adequate. The pix are mostly accurate. The full sized washer and dryer are helpful and location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and activities in SAB.
