This rental is on the second floor of a mixed use property. The first floor is a Yoga Studio with classes from 6am to 6pm daily. The parking is shared.

Please keep all eating and drinking in the kitchen and dining area especially if you have you children.

Please do not track sand inside the house. Please rinse and brush off all sand before entering.

The entire home and yard is available for guest access.

Located in St Augustine, FL but more specifically Crescent Beach within close proximately to everything St Augustine has to offer. Staying here you are already at the beach so if you fee like checking out the downtown area it is just a 5-10 min drive

Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Pet fee is set for one pet per booking. If you have additional pets there an additional charge of $50 per pet.

Guests are required to authorize a refundable security deposit upon check-in. If no damage occurs, the deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of check-out.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon booking. This includes the property rules and regulations.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a minimal fee, feel free to inquire with us.
