MORNINGS: Sip coffee from your master bedroom COFFEE BAR and relax on the private deck as you watch dolphins play and wave to the yachts as they head out to sea. Take a serene walk on the beach and experience the sunrise over the ocean as the coastal wildlife wakes before the rest of the world discovers this treasure.

DURING THE DAY: Grab beach chairs and towels and head to the beach or take a 15 min ride to explore ST. Augustine, our nation’s oldest city. Other options include a swim in our gated RIVERFRONT POOL, or paddle out on the river in our 2 KAYAKS for a chance to greet the manatees and sea turtles. Fish from the 500’ seawall in front of your own patio or from the PRIVATE 6 SLIP BOAT DOCK where you can also tie up your own boat and dress your dinner at the FISH CLEANING STATION.

EVENINGS: As the sun slips away, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and watch a SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC SUNSETS as the seabirds dot the skies in the backdrop of amazing colors over the water. The pelicans by the dozens line up and fly inches over the water on their way home- amazing! Great restaurants are close by for pickup or eat in and you can also prepare dinner in your FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. We supply you with quality appliances, cookware, paper goods, utensils, as well as the basic spices and condiments you will need for almost any meal. Take an evening beach stroll or watch one of the 3 TV’s equipped with ROKU, read a book from our library or play one of the many games displayed in our cabinet.

The private LAUNDRY ROOM stores the Kayak paddles, life vests, beach chairs, boogie boards, as well as the full-size washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience.

Bathrooms are equipped everything from linens, toilet paper, toiletries down to Q tips & nail polish remover.
