”Clean and nicely planned room on waterfront. Its just a few rooms above a restaurant so easy to find food. I arrived by boat from Fowey which made it extra fun.”

”The hotel was very good all round. Room, bar area and breakfast all high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited parking meant we had to park at the sister hotel at the top of the hill but not too much of an inconvenience. The major downside not really within control of the hotel is the ongoing work around the harbour which had a significant visual impact from our sea view room and also meant there was limited access to the harbour area. ”

”Brilliant b and b. We would happily stay here again. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Whole building was spotless. Hosts delightful. Breakfast delicious ”

”This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality. The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks. Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order. They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok. The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.”

”Room 11 had a fantastic view of the harbour, low beams to watch out for if your tall. Food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make our stay one to remember ”
