”My ETA was well past the last check in, but a member of staff was kind enough to stay behind. The dorm had 4 bunkbeds, an AC unit and a fan. The AC and fan worked well. Each guest was given a towel and a locker big enough to hold a large backpack. The bed had an Asian style firm mattress and a thin sheet, a private light, 2 sockets and a small shelf. Common areas include a kitchen area, dining/working area with breakfast tables and high chairs, and another lounge area by the reception. There's...

”Good service, clean and new place. Ideal location if you want to explore Dumaguete as it is just 10 min walking distance from the pier where all the Siquijor ferries are leaving. Rooms are basic but has everything you need and super clean. Enjoyed a lot here :)”

Staff were very nice and professional. My flight was rebooked and I needed to stay an extra night, the transition was very fast and easy. Stores are nearby to purchase any necessities. If I’m ever in Dumaguete again, I’ll be staying at Golden Gates without hesitation. ”

”it’s near Robinsons Mall and Ceres Bus Terminal which i like very much. my room came with a bacony facing the street. it’s not quite but it’s safe and free home cook breakfast all day.”

”The owner was very responsive to our needs and request. I asked if we could have Christmas tree and to my surprise there was a beautiful tree on the buffet for us. Any questions we had she was quick to respond back. Rooms where clean. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. The pool was clean and very nice. It was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely book there again. ”
