Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.”

”This hotel was the absolute worst! The room was old and dirty. The elevator had a racial slur carved into the door. The staff was not very responsive. The beds were horrible. I would not stay there for free. I wish I could get my money back. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The breakfast was very lacking. For example the yougart was past the expiration, but since they froze it, they put it out to serve the guests. This was the worst experience that I have ever had”
