”I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hotel. I booked and paid through Expedia, only to be unexpectedly assaulted with a demand for $100 in bond money upon arrival. When I questioned this charge, the old man and the female owner responded with extreme anger and hostility, as if I had committed a crime just for asking. Their behavior was not only rude but outright racist, discriminatory, and utterly unacceptable.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Select Inn Penrith. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk lady were friendly and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a double queen room, which was a lovely surprise.
