”I love this hotel. I was immediately upgraded to a Lakeview room and they recognized me as a return guest. The rooms are large and well thought out and as a tall person everything is tall. The tv, armoire w beverage center and large soaking tub. The bed is like sleeping on air and the temperature is perfect there are only a few rooms on each floor so it is quiet and no wait for elevator”

The rooms were tiny, no closet (just a bar sticking out into the room to hang your clothes), dim lighting, filthy stained carpet, small bed, window that looks against a brick wall with a bunch of pigeons all roosting on the window ledge, small bathroom with zero counter space. ”The front desk woman (I wish I caught her name) was so helpful and sweet! I really appreciated her willing to help us out and hold our bags and call us when our room was ready. Room was nice too, a little cramped but enough for what we needed.”

”This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Lincoln Park and many restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, although 2 of the 3 elevators did not work for most of our stay.
