”This has been one of my favorite hotels EVER. I'd rank it top 2, my only regret is I wish I spent 2 nights instead of one. Very quaint and right at the start of Stillwater. You can walk towards the river with the bridge leading you to Wisconsin or walk right down Main Street. Staff were very nice and helpful at the front desk, attached restaurant + bar and even the little coffee shop next door. Plus, the rooms are charming and very clean and spacious. ”Very easy to get to from the freeway. The room was clean. Bathroom was upgraded last year so very nice. Huge TV in our room. The price is right. Would definitely stay here again as we like to stay at the smaller hotels rather than the big chains.”

”Stayed for 3 nights. The staff were all very kind and the hotel was clean. Quiet at night and love the food near by. Didn't eat breakfast so I can’t rate, but all was clean and no complaints. Would stay here again next year when I come down for the River Valley Yoga Festival to work. ”

”Peter at the front desk has to be the most delightful and helpful person we have had the pleasure of dealing with at any hotel we have ever stayed. As he told me when I complemented him "it is not that hard to be nice to people." So true and that really put a positive spin on this hotel. Highly recommended!”

”The property is easily accessible from the roadway, and close to dining and shopping options. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was a great place to stay for the night. Breakfast had many options available in the morning. ”
