”This place is great. Nice neighborhood as well. The house was extremely clean and is exactly what you see in the pictures. The host is very good at communication and even had some snacks and treats for us when we got there. I would recommend staying here for sure.”

”Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The basement bedroom was on the cool side. but the outside temperature dropped 40 degrees in the time we were there. We plan on booking again for our next visit to River Falls. ”

”We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters. When text host that this was unacceptable, they tried to move me to another property which we did not as we...
